PIXIELANE WEEKLY GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ELIGIBILITY
The PixieLane Weekly Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of PixieLane, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. SPONSOR
The Giveaway is sponsored by PixieLane, Inc. ("Sponsor"), located at 7610 Beverly Blvd, #48586, Los Angeles, CA 90048, California.

3. ENTRY PERIOD
Each Giveaway entry period (the “Entry Period”) begins on Friday at 12:01 AM PT and ends on the following Thursday at 11:59 PM PT. Entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible for that week’s drawing. Entries do not roll over; participants must re-enter each week. PixieLane reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at any time with prior notice provided via the official PixieLane website or email communications.

4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter the Giveaway by subscribing to the PixieLane email newsletter during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person per week. Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses will be disqualified.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without subscribing, send an email to info@pixielane.com with the subject line "PixieLane Giveaway Entry" and include your full name and email address. Limit one (1) email entry per person per Entry Period. Entries submitted through AMOE will have the same chance of winning as those submitted through newsletter subscription.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be selected each week in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. Each drawing will occur within 48 hours after the weekly Entry Period ends. The winner will be notified via the email provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. PRIZE
Each winner will receive one a hand selected collection of new PixieLane clothes. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption is allowed. PixieLane reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering the Giveaway, each participant grants PixieLane permission to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winners will be required to provide written consent before their name or likeness is used in marketing materials.

8. PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected from participants will be used only for the purposes of administering this Giveaway and marketing communications from PixieLane. Participants can opt out at any time. For more details, see PixieLane’s Privacy Policy https://pixielane.com/policies/privacy-policy.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless PixieLane, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize. PixieLane is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or unauthorized intervention.

10. COMPLIANCE WITH CALIFORNIA LAW
As a California-based company, PixieLane complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Entrants may request to access, delete, or restrict processing of their personal data by contacting info@pixielane.com. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. If the total prize value received by a winner in a calendar year exceeds $600, PixieLane may be required to issue a 1099-MISC tax form.

Additionally, PixieLane will:

Clearly communicate that all prizes will be awarded as advertised.
Ensure no minimum number of participants is required to award the prize.
Provide full transparency regarding the odds of winning.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
PixieLane reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion. Any attempt to tamper with the Giveaway will result in disqualification and potential legal action.

12. GOVERNING LAW
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

13. TAX RESPONSIBILITY
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with winning the prize. If total prize winnings exceed $600 in a calendar year, PixieLane will provide a 1099-MISC form to the winner for tax reporting purposes.
